As cities respond to COVID-19, many restaurants are switching to delivery-only, government agencies are trying to resume their operations, and more people are staying home. This means account activation is delayed at this time and it may take longer to get on the road for uber eats partners. If you own a motorbike, you may want to consider delivering with Uber Eats in Colombo & Kandy since you may experience few trip requests from riders if you choose to give rides only.
If you are a Car or Tuk partner the above will not be applicable and you may start taking trips once you complete the onboarding process.
