About the role
As an Analytics and Insights Associate you will help with the strategic business planning process and projects across different geographies and product lines. You will also develop financial models and presentations to communicate strategic plans and visions, report on weekly/monthly/quarterly results and opportunities, author strategic initiatives, explore complex business issues, partners, competitive, and market analyses, organize key strategic meetings with different teams, and develop respective action plans.

Analytics & Insights: Passionate about deciphering huge data sets and cutting through irrelevant distractions to the heart of core data questions
Drive Strategy: Use the key insights and trends found in your analysis to drive the direction of the business.
Advise Leadership: Craft the narrative and decision making frameworks that leaders will use to answer critical business questions.
What You’ll Need
Undergraduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or other quant. focus
Minimum of 3 years of analytical and executional operations experience; high-growth analytics or operations experience but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
Strong communication and organization skills
Team player who is comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences as well as designing and building awe-inspiring tools; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans
Stellar SQL capabilities; experience with R/Python is a plus
Ideal candidate brings some impressive know-how (and the understanding that there’s always more to learn). Above all be practical minded (balancing practicality with academic rigour)
