About the Role


As part of the Corporate Finance team, you will help scale the financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities across the org to empower decision makers. What You’ll Do


  • Build out the External Reporting arm of the Corporate Finance team which will include creating, maintaining and improving upon processes and procedures
  • Create supporting templates and presentations that highlight key metrics and financial information for the preparation of SEC filings and Earnings Releases
  • Perform trend and variance analysis of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results at the total company and segment level
  • Establish a monthly and quarterly pacing process to assist the Company in tracking performance against certain internal and external targets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations that are to be delivered to Finance Leadership
  • Assist in the preparation of the Company’s MD&A for external filings, including providing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries from external auditors
  • Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including special projects at the request of Finance Leadership and the CFO
  • Drive projects to continuously improve, streamline, and automate various areas of the team’s responsibility
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and Legal to provide financial insights and assess the company’s overall progress towards its strategic objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • BS/BA in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 7 years in Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance or Accounting at either a high-growth, dynamic company or a large, well-established organization
  • Exceptional Excel skills; TM1, Hyperion and/or SQL nice to have
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills - numbers are key, but a business is built with people.
  • Ability to juggle - we are consistently working on multiple projects at any given time, so we are looking for someone who has the capability to successfully multitask.
  • Team player - this is a highly collaborative and supportive team environment


Bonus Points

  • CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus
  • Experience in supporting SEC or External Reporting from an FP&A perspective
