About the role


Reporting to the head of Driver Growth Germany the Operations Manager Driver Growth Strategic accounts  role will become responsible for building strong and long-lasting working relationships with our top fleet partners across Germany  through long term planning, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them.  In addition you will build and maintain healthy cross-functional relationships within the organisation for smoother alignment and future opportunities.

What you will do

 

  •         Key Account Management: Shape the KAM strategy for Germany. Assess, clarify and validate partnership needs on a regular basis.
  •         Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develops solutions that best address partner needs while simultaneously meeting performance objectives.
  •         Own a top account portfolio and leverage data-backed insights to successfully optimize the businesses of our partners.
  •         Data Analysis & Insights: With in-depth data analysis of the businesses, drive and develop develops account specific growth strategies and approaches

 

What you will need

 

  •         Excitement about Uber’s mission
  •         2 years plus experience in Key Account Management, Business development or B2B Customer service
  •         Fluent German and English
  •         Proven and successful track record in establishing strong client relationships at a senior level
  •         Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
  •         Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual and leader who can work well in a startup environment
  •         Autonomous, problem solver, understands how to manage the net inflow and key KPI,s for the business, scrappy, data driven.
