About the Role

 

We are currently seeking a Designer to join our Marketing Creative team. In this role, you will work with the rest of the creative team to shape the JUMP brand and set foundational guidelines and templates that help us scale. You will work with a number of cross functional teams on marketing materials that tell the JUMP story, including print materials for city launches, email marketing, social templates, and email and web design.

You're a Perfect fit if

 

  • You are obsessed with information hierarchy and layouts that tell compelling stories
  • You know how to visualize complex data sets in easily digestible ways
  • You may not be a copywriter but you are good with words and can help teams with grammar, punctuation, and general readability
  • You’ll work with other peers to create assets such as photography, video, iconography, and illustration that will further enhance your designs
  • You’re a fast learner and unfrightened by tight deadlines
  • You’re patient and welcome feedback - yet know how to push back and defend your design decisions.

 

What you'll need

 

  • At least 2 years of design experience at an agency or in-house
  • Experience with web, print, presentation, and experiential design a must
  • Mastery of Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote
  • Adept at modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Invision
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
