About the Role
As a Strategic Retail Partnership Consultant on the Greenlight retail partnership team, you will lead the charge to formalize an engaging retail experience within the Greenlight and Pop Ups locations. You will be all geared up to ensure partnership success while working closely with internal teams. The role is meant to support CenAm & Caribbean regions (Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico).
What You’ll Do
Track and have a bird's eye view of the region’s partnerships and their performance in your territory (GL interactions, sales, current promotions).
Work with the Business Development team to increase retail desks utilization rate at GL Hubs.
Supervision of look & feel of the vendors (Branding, staff, etc) through the vendor scorecard management.
Manage the essential critical relationships with retail vendor partners on a regular basis with a 5 stars quality service in order to have a successful account management .
Manage the tiny details that will keep us flowing towards our goals. Make sure vendors are committed (contracts, invoices and payments) with us and driver partners.
Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, by tracking and analyzing performance via quantitative and qualitative analyses, and communicating scope of improvement based on GL interaction . Help us implement best practices across partner locations, and measure the impact through surveys and key metric analyses
Keep in contact with your local Greenlight POC in order to make sure that the retail partners are performing according to the expectations
Coordinate and execute Uber Marketing Campaigns at GL hubs.
Engage with internal teams and external partners to negotiate and drive contracts to closure; manage these key strategic relationships to maximize value for both Uber and our driver partners
Thrive on creating new ways to add to existing partnerships. You’ll be making those not so obvious connections that drive innovative partnerships and initiatives to grow our business
Follow up and execution of the Pop Ups at third party locations strategy built by the GL team.
Support as well as monitor execution of communication strategy for retail and pop-up partnerships.

The Retail Partnerships Team is part of the Uber Community Operations Org, we work to create and provide high quality experiences for Uber Drivers and Couriers across our Greenlight Support Centers across LatAm, as Retail Partnerships Consultant for CenAm & Caribbean you will report directly to the RP Manager for ACAC Region.
