The Account Management Team Lead are embodying this strategy by driving the development of specific cities and areas, with a strong focus on the restaurant side of the business.
As a Account Management Team Lead for Uber Eats in the Netherlands, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and scale our food delivery platform in one of our key markets globally. You’ll be managing the City Management Team who owns the relationship with our restaurant partners across the different cities in the Netherlands and will be responsible for executing our account management the strategy on the ground.
This role calls for a rare combination of relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence, problem solving and team leadership. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, be a strong team leader, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and be passionate about food.
It is the ideal role for someone who has experience in setting a vision, leading people and building out a business. Someone who's obsessed with tinkering and iterating to obtain operational excellence and ‘Uber’ quality throughout the customer's experience.
