About the Role



As a Account Associate/Manager, you will be responsible of a wide range of restaurant chains to manage in your portfolio.  The Account Associate/Manager drives business growth and innovation by managing the assigned portfolio to maximize profit, expanding the business together in a mutually beneficial way via various methods of communication (creativity is encouraged!).  A successful candidate has a deep understanding of our platform and the restaurant partners, building positive and sustaining relationships. He/she will effectively identifies opportunities to improve the core business for our restaurant partners as well as Uber and execute it successfully. 




What You’ll Do

  • Manage your portfolio efficiently to meet the KPI goals
  • Set, track and report on performance metrics of restaurant partners, run quarterly business reviews where needed
  • Own partner relationships to yield tangible metric-based outcomes. Achieve revenue growth targets for your partners and ensure high retention by driving mutual business value
  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior support services to restaurant partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities on Uber’s marketplace)
  • Ensure restaurant partners content and product is optimized to maximize growth within Uber’s platform
  • Act as internal partner advocate and customer champion
  • Understand the stakeholder landscape and ensure we have strong relationships throughout our restaurant partner organisations. Represent Uber at relevant events at national and local levels
  • Conceive, design and lead growth initiatives with our restaurant partners and drive through to completion, working cross functionally with Uber’s internal teams and our restaurant partners
