About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager on Uber’s Airports team, you’ll help shape the travel experience for millions of riders and drivers around the world.
You’ll work as a key player on a product team, while also liaising with field marketing teams, partnership, policy, and many other teams to deliver a magical experience.
The role demands technical depth, principled thinking, well-honed product instincts, a refusal to settle, true innovation, and a high quality bar for what goes out to the world.
What You'll Do
Help shape the Airports team’s roadmap by gathering user and business insights
Develop the value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new Airport-related products and features.
Lead the global go-to-market strategy for Airports, including how we light up owned and paid channels to grow airport trips
Execute product and marketing experiments to inform the global growth playbook
Partner with a high-performing cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Product Management, Marketing Strategy, Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, Research and Operations to meet shared objectives and key results.
Manage and grow strategic marketing relationships with Uber’s travel partners (B2B)
What You'll Need
5+ years PMM or marketing experience delivering highly successful growth strategies, with a focus on consumer marketing.
Finger-tippinesses with data: You just go get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth. You have experience running rigorous multivariate testing and experimentation.
Top-notch at market research: You’re a truth-seeking missile. You know your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and you integrate this information into your growth strategies.
Master storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium.
A “builder” personality: You’re biased toward action, a great collaborator and master disambiguator/simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
Scary-good at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy.
Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.
True passion for Uber’s mission and the company’s hybrid technology / operations nature.

You understand how to spot and quantify potential business value within a partnership, equipping you to negotiate co-marketing strategies and identify mutually beneficial opportunities to secure partner investments.
