About the Role
Elevate micromobility repair operations to Formula One standards of precision and excellence.
What You’ll Do
Own the product suite for Supply Chain and Repair Operations teams, ensuring maximum fleet availability and hardware product quality.
Develop a system for remote vehicle health monitoring and rapid maintenance intervention.
Synthesize insights and help set the JUMP hardware product roadmap.
Increase LEV market health while maintaining positive unit economics for the business.
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Hardware, Operations, Research, Design, Data Science, and other PM stakeholders throughout the company to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
What You’ll Need
Minimum 3 years rapid, global scale Product Management experience.
Strong customer empathy, communication and partnership skills. This will be an extremely cross-functional role, with stakeholder teams spanning multiple offices globally.
Both a passion for operations and system design, as well as a strategic, growth-centric outlook on scaling new business lines.
Hands-on, get dirty mindset with a willingness to get in-field and solve complex operational and software problems. Logistics or operations experience a plus.
Academic background in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related experience a plus.

The eMobility Fleet team builds the platform, products, and algorithms responsible for the real-time management and optimization of Uber's Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) fleet. Solving fleet management at scale is the most critical challenge at the core of taking micromobility mainstream.
