As the Product Manager for Customer Obsession you'll be responsible for the strategy and development of engagement platform to deliver exceptional customer experiences across mobile, web and in-person engagement platforms for our carriers and shippers. You’ll work on both the internal as well as external facing experience of our support platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Customer Obsession team at Uber Freight
  • Work closely with our operations organization to build efficient and scalable customer support experiences
  • Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
  • Manage the relationship with our external data providers together with your business developer
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to Uber executives

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product management
  • Track record of successfully building software platforms and collaborating with partner platform teams
  • Data-driven: you always get the data you need, and you can distill it into an insightful story. Most importantly, you leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Technical expertise and the ability to question, understand, and challenge software implementation decisions and priorities.
  • Passionate curiosity to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development and industry knowledge
