As the Product Manager for Customer Obsession you'll be responsible for the strategy and development of engagement platform to deliver exceptional customer experiences across mobile, web and in-person engagement platforms for our carriers and shippers. You’ll work on both the internal as well as external facing experience of our support platform.
What You’ll Do
Set the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Customer Obsession team at Uber Freight
Work closely with our operations organization to build efficient and scalable customer support experiences
Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
Manage the relationship with our external data providers together with your business developer
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to Uber executives
What You’ll Need
4+ years of relevant experience in product management
Track record of successfully building software platforms and collaborating with partner platform teams
Data-driven: you always get the data you need, and you can distill it into an insightful story. Most importantly, you leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Technical expertise and the ability to question, understand, and challenge software implementation decisions and priorities.
Passionate curiosity to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development and industry knowledge
