About The Role


Come help build a new platform vertical at Uber. We are a small team of engineers, designers, data scientists and operators, and are growing rapidly. As a key member of this new project’s leadership team, you will help shape the strategic direction of the team and own the complete product roadmap.


What You'll Do


  • Work with the Head of the project to define the product vision/strategy and roadmap and align stakeholders accordingly
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, user research, marketing, design, data science to figure out which products and features to build and deliver magical user experiences that solve true user needs
  • Define and communicate product plans from conception to launch
  • Partner closely with high-caliber engineering, operations, and sales teams
  • Proactively fill communication gaps amongst all team members
  • Partner with business general managers to prioritize both short and long term initiatives to deliver business impact reliably and consistently
  • Personally and regularly engage with supply and demand partners to deeply understand their needs


What You'll Need


  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in product management
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in either computer science/engineering, a quantitative domain like math/stats/physics, or economics)
  • Track record of successfully building 0 to 1 products
  • Experience building products for Enterprise
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Technical expertise and the ability to question, understand and challenge software implementation decisions and priorities
  • Passionate curiosity to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development and industry knowledge
