We are currently searching for a Manager within the Ethics & Compliance team to help design and execute compliance processes such as third party due diligence, gifts & courtesies, global trainings and communications, supply chain compliance, and enhanced policy governance. The position is based in San Francisco and will report to the Director II of Compliance and Ethics Programs within the Legal Department.
What You’ll Do
Design and Implement 3rd party due diligence, gifts and courtesies, and supply chain compliance processes
Lead charge to identify opportunities to align compliance program needs with existing financial controls processes
Establish structure and process to align risks and remediation priorities with policy creation
Enhance policy compliance by creating engaging training and communications
Formulate framework for central repository of policies, update schedules and version control tracking
Design and create dashboards to track programmatic elements for senior management to assess risks
Establish change management procedures for communication of new policies and procedures
What you'll need
A minimum of 8yearsof experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Law, Risk Management
Technology and international experience
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Communications, or Law
Previous extensive involvement driving anti-corruption compliance program elements
Excellent writing, analytical and project management skills, mature discernment, and innovative thinking
Google suite proficiency with Tableau and related project tools a plus
Adaptable and resilient person with the demonstrated ability to make decisions and impact, persuade and build consensus
Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizational environments and self-starter qualities
