Getting paid is easier than ever— request access to your earnings on any day of the week with our new payment option, Flex Pay.
How it works
Open your profile
Open up your Uber partner app or profile at partners.uber.com and head to 'Earnings'.
Tap 'Flex Pay'
Select the 'Flex Pay' option and you'll see the total amount of your earnings that are available for you to withdraw.
Confirm your request
Tap 'Transfer Now' to transfer the funds— you'll receive a confirmation of your request. Then tap 'Confirm' to complete your transfer.
What else should I know?
- Flex Pay payments will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 2-3 business days
- To qualify for Flex Pay, partners must have completed at least 25 Uber trips, and at least 7 days have passed since your first Uber trip
- Don't see Flex Pay in your profile? We're only rolling this out to 50% of our driver-partners for the time being. Sit tight and you'll have access once we've rolled it out to all partners
What can be paid out to me?
Trip fares and additional surge fares can be paid to you via Flex Pay. Anything you make via promotions are not eligible and will be included in your regular weekly payout.
Is there a fee to use Flex Pay?
Nope! There is no fee to use Flex Pay.
Why can't I see one of my payments?
Promotion payments are currently not part of your Flex Pay payments. High-value trips may also be held for review. These will be cleared up before the standard payment cycle.
Why am I not eligible?
If you've been notified to be ineligible, this may be because your account is under review for a security risk, you've only recently signed up to the Uber platform, or you're not in the initial rollout group— we expect to roll Flex Pay out to all partners soon.
Can I request payment whenever I want?
You can request a transfer once per day. Any payments from the past week that you don't cash out by Monday at midnight will be deposited into your bank account by the end of the week as usual.
What about weekends and holidays?
Banks do not process payments on weekends and bank holidays. You'll be able to request your payment during these periods, but there will be a delay in receiving the funds.
