About the Role

 

The Uber for Business Team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our customer success team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work efficiently and effectively with our high growth Account Executives to drive results in operational excellence, customer service, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Work with our clients and cross-functional teams to execute efficient onboardings and problem solve along the way, should there be challenges to overcome. 
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure timely and successful launches, ensuring customer needs are met and agreed upon timelines are adhered to
  • Develop and refine onboarding processes, as you spot opportunities for improved efficiencies
  • Meet or exceed launch quota
  • Work to strict deadlines, calling out risks when you spot ahead of time that these deadlines may not be mert, and provide solutions and alternatives when needed.
  • Monitor and track the detailed steps of each customer onboarding journey, whilst keeping an eye to the big picture and create new ways to add to existing partnerships
  • Perservere and think on your feet to work through fire drill situations that may come up at any time
  • Drive initiatives. You will support key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various clients. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise

 

What You’ll Need

  • Experience with B2B account management
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a minimum of 1 year in a client facing role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • An intuition for people. You're spending the majority of the time working with various internal and external teams, building and cultivating new relationships with potential and existing partners and within all parts of an organization

  • Hustle. You are making tight deadlines to solve for near term deliverables as well as playbooking and building long term processes

  • Ability to build strong relationships and a proactive nature that leads you to effortlessly navigate multiple partner engagements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution—we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
