Merchant’s main page will indicate the minimum order amount required for the benefits to apply, which may occasionally vary. Up to 10% Uber One credits will be granted after completing eligible trips. These credits expire 60 days after being issued. Any other conditions for claiming Uber One benefits will be specified with the corresponding offer. Additional fees and restrictions may apply. Membership receipts can be accessed in the app by going to “Account” > “Uber One” > “Manage Membership” > “Transactions.”

Uber One may not be available to members on a partner funded pass. Free trial is only available for first time members.

Membership will auto-renew every month (if you choose a monthly membership) or every year (if you choose an annual membership) beginning on your enrollment date, using your selected payment method. To avoid charges: 1) if you are more than 48 hours before your billing day, cancel in the Uber One section of the app by selecting Manage Membership, then End membership, and then confirming you wish to cancel your membership; or 2) if you are within 48 hours of your billing day, contact Support to cancel.
