Seattle Peer Advisor Program
Building a stronger driver-partner community
Uber driver-partners in the Seattle area are getting connected through the Peer Advisor Program. The program gives partners an opportunity to tap into the knowledge of highly rated peers and pass along feedback to the local Uber operations team.
Perks of joining
Being a part of the program means you’ll have a network of partners who share similar experiences. Attend meet-ups in your area to share stories, trade pro tips, and learn about new Uber products, policies, and promotions. Your Peer Advisor is a great resource for all things Uber.
Join the conversation
Peer Advisors have an open line of communication with members of the Uber Operations team located in Seattle. While support-related questions about fare adjustments and trips should be directed to the Greenlight Hub or in-app support, other feedback, ideas, and suggestions will be collected by your Peer Advisor and shared with the right contacts at Uber.
Who are the Peer Advisors?
Peer Advisors are highly-rated and experienced Uber driver-partners who can offer pro tips, answer questions, and listen to your comments and concerns. Want to learn more about how you can maximize your earnings or improving your ratings? Your Peer Advisor and the other partners in your network are there to help.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my Peer Advisor ride along with me?
No. Due to insurance regulations and the Uber Partner Terms of Service, only you and the passengers who requested the ride can be in the vehicle on a trip.
Can a Peer Advisor offer tips regarding the best times and in which neighborhoods to drive?
Yes! They are experienced driver-partners who have found success driving on the Uber platform. They are a wealth of information and can provide many helpful pro tips. However, as an independent contractor, you should exercise your judgment when making decisions pertaining to your business.
I'm an experienced driver already and I don't need tips from an advisor. Why should I join the network?
The Peer Advisor Program provides a way to meet other drivers, share stories and experiences, and direct your feedback to the right contacts at Uber so we can continue to improve the driving experience. Being part of the program can be helpful whether you've been on the Uber platform for 4 months or 4 years.
Peer Advisors are not supervisors, managers, agents of Uber, or Uber employees. Peer Advisors are themselves independent contractors who have agreed to share ideas, best practices, and be another channel to share information with the driver-partner community. Any ideas or feedback shared with other driver-partners will be at Peer Advisors’ discretion. As independent contractors, driver-partners who participate in peer networks should exercise their judgment when making decisions pertaining to their businesses.
