The Alamodome

Check the pick up game plan

The exclusive Uber pickup and dropoff location at the Alamodome will be in Lot B. You can get to Lot B from S Cherry St.

Make sure to have either a trade dress (windshield decal) or the Uber Driver app handy as traffic officials will need to see one of these two things before letting you onto S Cherry St.

Music festival

Picking up from Hemisfair Park

There isn’t a designated pickup and dropoff location for the music festival. To pick up riders from the music festival, head toward Hemisfair Park while being mindful of road closures and directions from traffic officials.

Popular pickup areas will be: Crockett St, Jack White Way, and Martinez St.

Greet & verify your rider

With huge crowds and many people requesting rides, you'll want to make sure you've picked up the right person. You should greet your rider and ask their name—if it matches what's shown in your app, you can start the trip!

Don’t drive distracted

Riders trust you to get them to their destination safely. Using a phone mount can help you avoid distractions that may take your eyes off the road, such as texting and driving.

Have an issue?

Our team is ready to help! With 24/7 phone support, you can speak to one of our support specialists directly in the Uber Driver app. Just tap 'HELP' and select the phone icon in the top-right corner. In case of emergency, call 911 immediately. You can find additional safety resources here.
