What to know before you start
For every delivery trip you complete, you will receive $2.50 for picking the food up at the restaurant, $0.94 for dropping the food off with the eater, and $1.04 per mile for the distance driven in-between.
Insulated Meal Bags
Driver insulated bags are shipped to your home address while biker bags must be picked up at the Sacramento Greenlight Hub (6830 Fair Oaks Blvd., Carmichael, CA). Bags are not required to start making deliveries.

How it works
Receive a delivery request
Delivery requests will come through your app when you go online. Remember to go online in centralized areas like downtown for the most requests!
Pick up the food
The food will be waiting for you at a local restaurant. Head in and bring your phone with you so you can confirm the order number on the delivery you’re picking up. Once the order has been picked up, slide "Start Trip" and navigate to the drop off location.
Drop off the food with the customer
When you arrive at the drop off location, look in the app for specific instructions or requests from the customer like “park in front of the building” or “leave delivery with the doorman." Swipe “Complete Trip” once the customer has their order.
Peak delivery times are generally 11am to 2pm, and 6pm to 9pm. Demand also increases when it's raining.
Park your car or lock your bike at a suitable parking spot around the pick-up and drop-off locations. Most restaurants will have specific places to park to make things easier.
Picking up the food
Separate the hot and cold items and ensure disposable cutlery and napkins are provided. Then, tightly secure the bag and place it upright in your car or on your bike.
Greeting the customer
All deliveries should be made to the customer's door unless the app tells you otherwise. When the customer opens the door, introduce yourself and ask for their name to make sure you’re handing the right order to the right person. Remember the customers will rate the experience, so it's a good idea to be courteous.

Contacting support is similar to contacting a restaurant or an eater. Simply tap the clipboard icon in the top right corner of the app and call the number at the bottom of the screen.
