NYC update:

As of April 1, 2019, we are not accepting new for-hire vehicle driver sign-ups in New York City, due in part to new TLC regulations.

Create an account to join the waitlist to drive with Uber in NYC, and consider other ways to earn with Uber, like delivering with Uber Eats or driving with Uber outside of the five boroughs.

Apply for a sponsorship

Applications are currently closed.

How it works

1. Applications open for submission

Starting today, partners can submit one application for the sponsorship of a cause that is important to them and, if chosen, we'll contribute funding for the project.

2. Applications evaluated

Uber will collect and evaluate all sponsorship applications on an ongoing basis until the end of the month. We'll also ask NYC partners to vote on what initiatives they think should be awarded grants.

3. Sponsorship announced

Partners who have been selected will be notified of our sponsorship to benefit their cause by the end of the month. The number of winners each month may vary based on size and scope of projects submitted.
