- What is Uber One?
Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber and Uber Eats.
There are monthly memberships available for 2,999 CRC and annual memberships at 29,999 CRC. Uber One also has partnerships with third parties that offer a discounted membership to eligible users.
Uber One members receive a 0 CRC Delivery Fee plus 50% Service Fee discount on eligible orders on restaurants and stores marked with the Uber One icon.
Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their names. 4,999 CRC minimum order to receive 0 CRC Delivery Fee and 50% Service Fee discount from participating restaurant stores, 25,000 CRC minimum order on participating grocery stores, 10,000 CRC minimum order on participating liquor, specialty food, pharmacy and convenience stores, and 15,000 CRC minimum on pet supply, florist and retail stores for 0 CRC Delivery Fee.
They’ll also get Uber One credits on eligible rides. Look for the Uber One icon to see where your benefits apply.

- How do I purchase an Uber One membership?
You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.
In the Uber Eats app:
- Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.
- Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.
Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.
Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.
- How do I cancel my Uber One membership?
You can cancel your membership in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.
To cancel your membership in the Uber app:
- Tap the profile icon.
- Tap “Uber One.”
- Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”
- Select “End Membership”.
If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.
If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Benefits available for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon. Minimum order of CRC 4,999 to get CRC 0 Delivery Fee on restaurant orders. Minimum order from CRC 10,000 to CRC 15,000 to get CRC 0 Delivery Fee in convenience stores and minimum order of CRC 15,000 to get CRC 0 Delivery Fee in other stores. The service fee discount: (i) is visible at checkout and varies depending on the value of the order; (ii) only applies at participating restaurants and (iii) does not apply to orders that reach the maximum service fee of CRC 1,800. 5% in Uber One credits will be awarded after completing eligible trips. These credits will expire 60 days after being granted. Other fees and exclusions may apply.
Membership will auto-renew every month (if you choose a monthly membership) or every year (if you choose an annual membership) beginning on your enrollment date, using your selected payment method. To avoid charges: 1) if you are more than 48 hours before your billing day, cancel in the Uber One section of the app by selecting Manage Membership, then End membership, and then confirming you wish to cancel your membership; or 2) if you are within 48 hours of your billing day, contact Support to cancel.
