- What is Uber One?
Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber.
There are monthly memberships available for COP 19,900 and annual memberships at COP 199,000. Uber One also has partnerships with third parties that offer a discounted membership to eligible users.

- How do I purchase an Uber One membership?
You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.
In the Uber app:
- Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.
- Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.
Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.
Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.
- How do I cancel my Uber One membership?
You can cancel your membership in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.
To cancel your membership in the Uber app:
- Tap the profile icon.
- Tap “Uber One.”
- Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”
- Select “End Membership”.
If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.
If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
10% in Uber One credits earned after completion of eligible leases. These credits will expire 60 days after being granted and you can find them in the Uber Cash section. Other fees and exclusions may apply. The membership price may be subject to bank charges for international transactions.
Membership will auto-renew every month (if you choose a monthly membership) or every year (if you choose an annual membership) beginning on your enrollment date, using your selected payment method. To avoid charges: 1) if you are more than 48 hours before your billing day, cancel in the Uber One section of the app by selecting Manage Membership, then End membership, and then confirming you wish to cancel your membership; or 2) if you are within 48 hours of your billing day, contact Support to cancel.
