About the Role

We’re looking for a program manager to coordinate the end-to-end execution of small and large-scale restaurant product marketing campaigns, from strategic planning through creative implementation and analysis, across all channels. Campaigns include product launches, updates, and ongoing education. This role is globally-focused, and requires working in partnership with marketing and operations teams across our mega-regions.

From data to design, strategy to development, you are a master operator with a strong track record for executing campaigns and delivering results. Creating documentation and efficient, scalable systems and processes are your thing. People love working with you because you make everyone’s life easier and always know the status of every project. Last but not least, you have a passion for telling the story of product through marketing.

The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and can thrive in a startup culture. This role is all about ensuring the executional success of our restaurant product marketing campaigns, enabling a more positive experience for our restaurant partners around the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project manage various restaurant product marketing campaigns and initiatives across cross-functional teams of product marketers, researchers, strategists, city and regional operations managers, marketing managers, marketing channel leads, writers, designers and developers
  • Build project plans for campaigns and initiatives by identifying requirements, dependencies, and building work-back schedules to manage deadlines. Look for connections to other projects and recommend simplification and integration points.
  • Estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources accordingly. Track progress, understand dependencies, and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, Creative, City and Regional operations teams to act as a primary point of contact for localization efforts, and to ensure campaign is delivered on-time in each city it affects.
  • Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress. Manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to balance team expectations, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work as a project evolves.
  • Work with various cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and share best practices, playbooks, and guides for high-impact product marketing initiatives.
  • Establish world-class workflows and ensure that recaps and learnings are documented, shared, and rolled out.
  • Constantly communicate and raise awareness of upcoming initiatives to cross-functional and mega-regional stakeholders by organizing, maintaining, and circulating a calendar of milestones, campaigns, and product/feature launches.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience project managing high-impact, multi-geography cross-organizational projects from start to finish, on time and within budget. Achieves project goals while managing scope, time, quality and risk. Learns from failures as well as successes.
  • Highly organized, with the skills to juggle many tasks at once without losing sight of the highest priority items.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Experience working with decentralized teams, inside and outside of North America
  • Familiarity with the integrated marketing process, with an understanding of owned and paid channel processes and the inputs required to build integrated programmatic plans. Enjoys working closely with researchers, strategists, writers, and designers.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges and risks.
  • Ability to digest complex concepts and work across multiple functions and teams.
  • High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion
  • Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently or in a group setting.
  • Past experience in both marketing and operations is a plus.
