About The Role
As the Product lead for the Courier Pricing area, you will envision and execute a strategy that creates a reliable and motivating source of earnings for hundreds of thousands of delivery partners while driving an efficient business. The Courier Pricing team develops the product experiences, pricing features, algorithms and platforms for delivery partners on Uber Eats, globally.
We have some unique and tough challenges - How do you design the base fares in different markets around the world? How would we leverage real-time and non-real-time pricing structures/models balance the health of our marketplace, and also create fair & predictable earnings? How should these pricing structures interact with the rest of our marketplace, on the eater side and dispatch? How do we communicate all of this in a simple way to delivery partners so they understand their earnings opportunity?
You will partner with a team of enormously talented engineers, data scientists, designers and UX researchers to build tools and technology to answer this. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders in strategy, finance, policy, legal, marketing and operations to ensure our products support the needs of our global business.
