About the Role


We are looking for an experienced security professional to help us manage risk before the problem arises and manage the incident when it inevitably does. We need a person who is ready to roll up their sleeves to protect the foundation of this company… it’s people.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead a team of professionals that provide protective services to our executive staff
  • Help implement strategy that aligns with business needs to provide security support
  • Help support the planning of company events to ensure a safe and secure venue
  • Liaise with the executives and support staff to address and mitigate security concerns
  • Provide security and contingency training to key personnel
  • Conduct security advances and coordinate protective services for executives
  • Conduct threat assessments of domestic and international locations
  • Develop and implement personnel safety programs for the home, office, and travel


What You’ll Need


  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in providing protective services
  • A minimum of 8 years of management experience
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Experience working with C-Level personnel
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required
  • CPR/AED certification
