About the Role

 

 

As a Product Marketing Lead on Rider Verticals, you’ll work to make the Uber experience more delightful for some of Uber’s most important use cases, whether it’s ensuring stress-free rides to and from the airport, or creating best-in-class experiences when riders choose Uber Black.

 

You’ll lead a team of PMMs focused on Airports, Travel, Premium Rides, and more. You and your team will collaborate with Uber product teams to discover and define the big bets that Uber needs to make to drive business impact. From there you’ll work with regional marketing teams to create bold and inspiring marketing campaigns to support these new innovations.

 

The role demands principled thinking, well-honed product judgment, a stubborn refusal to settle, bold innovation, a high design bar, stellar communication skills and a customer-centric compass.

 

What You’ll Do
  • Shape product narratives and customer strategies, including audience definition, end-to-end product positioning, and comms architecture.
  • Drive a research agenda that equips the product team with data-based customer insights to deliver the right products and experiences.
  • Build effective go-to-market plans and growth strategies for global Uber products .
  • Manage and grow a team of PMMs in our Seattle office.

 

What You’ll Need

The Rider Verticals team focuses on how Uber can make product magic and drive business results through strategic investments in Uber’s most important use cases, from airport rides, to event pickups, to premium transportation.
