About the Role


Uber is building increasingly complex financial products. Many of those products will be regulated across multiple jurisdictions. The process of obtaining necessary financial licenses is complex and requires support across multiple internal and external stakeholders. This Program Manager will be ensuring smooth coordination across different stakeholders and will make sure all critical projects remain on track.


What You’ll Do
  • Support Uber’s efforts to further enhance its payments compliance infrastructure.
  • Coordinate among internal and external stakeholder’s in connection with Uber’s initiatives to become a regulated payment entity in key jurisdictions
  • Prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to change course quickly based on business needs and changing conditions
  • Prepare detailed project plan, milestones, deliverables, and overall status updates, and effectively communicate the above across stakeholders at multiple levels and in different function
  • Drive and document requirements gathering
  • Manage executive communications ensuring stakeholders are informed of roadmap planning, changes, and delivery progress
What You’ll Need
  • 3 Minimum Years of Experience with Project Management
