We are currently searching for a Programs and Policies Manager within the Ethics & Compliance group to enhance the company’s policy management program. The position is based in San Francisco.
What you'll do
Establish structure and process to align risks and remediation priorities with policies and processes
Coordinate across compliance and legal teams to establish processes to implement enacted policies
Harmonize policy content across company to maximize employee comprehension
Create inventory of policies with version control tracking, update schedules, and publishing logs
Formulate framework for central repository of policies and automation plan
Collaborate across teams to publicize policies in accessible and centralized portal
Manage employee education of policies within training modules
What you'll need
A minimum of 8 years of experience between private practice, and/or in-house role. Technology and international experience preferred
Experience with policy creation and management within a corporate Legal or Compliance department
Excellent analytical and project management skills, mature discernment, and innovative thinking
Adaptable and resilient person with the demonstrated ability to make decisions and impact, persuade and build consensus
Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizational environments and self-starter qualities
