What You'll Need
Experience building a large scale reporting systems with high performance, great usability and highly satisfied customers. Experience gathering business requirements, formulating metrics and building reports.
Experience with BI tools with at least 2 years working in Tableau
Knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis to support complex analyses from marketing analytics teams and marketing channel teams.
Detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, ETL and reporting/analytic tools and environments. Solid understanding of source data, its strengths, weaknesses, semantics and formats; solid knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional).
Advanced knowledge of SQL (OLAP, CTE etc.) and databases in a business environment with large-scale, big data, complex datasets. Understanding of Hive/Presto.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and/or agile development environment with emphasis on BI practices. Programming skills to develop software and guide your team as they build these software products
Ability to create collaborative relationships with partners, stakeholders and customers while managing expectations, managing concerns and risks, and communicating progress.
Maturity and experience to interface with all seniority levels and disciplines within the organization.
Ability to plan roadmap, prioritize tasks, manage dependencies and deliver on time.
Strong organizational skills and planning prowess, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience hiring, retaining, coaching and managing a high-functioning team responsible for reports and visualization.
