About the Role
The Producer for the LatAm Creative team works alongside designers, copywriters, brand managers and local teams to produce quality video, audio, animation and photography assets with external providers.
The successful candidate will have a strong project management background, the ability to quickly decipher requests and route them to the appropriate external supplier (production house, audio studio, photography studio, etc.)
You have the ability to multitask at exceptional speeds and judo difficult requests into more bitesize executions.
What you’ll do:
Work with external vendors across LatAm to produce video, photography, audio and animation assets
Develop and execute project plans to support campaigns spanning strategy, creative ideation, and production
Create a supportive and efficient production environment. Optimize internal processes to ensure the quality of your productions at Uber’s fast pace
Manage production process - directs project tasks and deliverables. Manage the pipeline of inbound requests from various regional teams
Prioritize new and ongoing projects, and quickly react to real-time changes
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve communication between and within teams
Collaborate with various teams across the organization to deliver high-impact work
Juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
Work independently, solve problems proactively, and time manage effectively
Knowledge and resources to produce and source vendors if needed for creative executions
What you’ll need:
Minimum 5 years experience producing
Examples of successful projects that clearly demonstrate your ability to produce quality assets for different mediums
Ability to multi-task and be highly organized in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Must be an ego-free, thick-skinned person who can take and give clear feedback
Familiarity with the creative process
An understanding of branding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results oriented. Detail oriented. Driven. Self starter. Creative. Articulate and strong people skills
