We are currently searching for a Global Project Manager who will continue to help us build effective and efficient processes to remove roadblocks, allow teams to seamlessly execute, and report progress to stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and to work on cutting edge issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute efficient program tracking and reporting processes for our global safety commitments
Plan and execute monthly safety reviews
Support team in rigorous setting, scoring, and tracking of key goals and objectives
Work with stakeholders to promote, change, and deploy new tools and strategies
Develop relationships with functional leaders and key stakeholders across global operations, marketing and comms
Design appropriate metrics, tools, and methods to track and sustain improvements
Conduct rigorous analysis of policies and issues to ensure a data-driven approach to decision making
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 5 years of industry or consulting experience in project or program management, global operations, or related fields
Change management in a large/international company
Excellent analytical skills, including SQL
Ability to tell clear, compelling stories out of complex issues and analysis
Influential with great communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in planning, setting metrics, and roadmap development
Experience working cross-functionally
Ability to design processes without a prescribed template
Passion for improving Uber user experience with a focus on safety
MBA or Master's degree a plus
Experience working in the brand/marketing research space a plus
International experience a plus
