Uber Eats is looking for an experienced account manager who can collaborate with the largest enterprise accounts on Uber EATS in the RSA. This role calls for a combination of relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence and problem solving. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all be passionate about food.

We are moving a mile a minute to make sure that Uber users, partner restaurants, and partner drivers are able to experience the magic of Uber Eats. The Enterprise Account Manager is a critical role that will own some of the most valuable partnerships for Uber Eats in the RSA - collaborating with them to help them grow their business sustainably whilst delivering the best experience to Uber Eats users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform.



As Restaurant Sales Manager, Uber Eats South Africa, you are a business owner that will drive the growth strategy on restaurant partnerships across South Africa. You will lead and scale a motivated sales team and work with internal and external stakeholders to build and develop sales processes.You are a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

  • Best-in-class sales: Set and drive team towards short and long-term market goals for South Africa, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there.
  • People management: Manage and cultivate highly successful and engaged reps who drive results. Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your teams.
  • Develop & Optimize Processes: Uber is a company that moves fast and does things at large scale. You will help design processes to centralise and operationalise our restaurant acquisition efforts; whether it is lead generation, prioritisation, sales strategy, etc.
  • Team leadership: Create an incredible culture in your team centered on customer focus, passion for Uber Eats restaurants, and achieving the best possible results.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Collaborate closely with country operations to ensure your team is meeting the growth objectives of city leaders.
  • Hustle: Take ownership of Uber Eats Restaurant growth in Iberia, and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Commercial Management: Lead commercial discussions with enterprise partners to build sustainable long-term partnerships.
  • Build tools and processes: Use your analytical ability combined with operational rigour to build tools and processes to drive team and partnership KPIs.




  • +3-6 years of experience in sales, operations, management consulting and/or any other relevant high growth startup experience.
  • 1-2 years attested leadership and staff development skills, including building and developing a sales team.
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking.
  • You like taking initiative and easily adapt to constantly-changing work environment.
  • Great project manager who can develop meticulously detailed KPI improvement plans
  • Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives of major businesses
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Foodie who is passionate about food and bringing and retaining the most loved brands on the platform
