Uber serves millions of riders and drivers around the world, with a large volume of trips beginning or ending at airports. Our increasingly important role in ground transportation at airports creates a responsibility and opportunity to ensure we deliver the best possible experience for everyone involved.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the production and management of a dedicated Airports focused web presence that conveys our key messages, value proposition, technology and operations offerings, and information about our leadership to external parties
Manage the strategy and deployment of a monthly newsletter that communicates regular updates about products, performance, case studies, upcoming events, and more
Produce professional case studies that can be shared with airport leadership and industry allies that highlight our innovations and strong airport relationships
Assemble an Airports Customer Advisory Board made up of industry influencers who can provide external insight and be advocates on our behalf
Prepare, publish, and distribute research to shape the industry conducted in partnership with our internal policy teams as well as credible 3rd parties
Develop a plan for us to be present at key industry events and conferences to ensure we leverage Uber leaders as direct spokespeople for our brand
Produce an annual Uber-hosted event that will be the primary moment where airport industry officials and TNCs get together
Oversee deployment of additional messaging collateral across channels
What You’ll Need
5+ years combined product and growth marketing experience delivering highly successful user acquisition and engagement strategies, with a focus on consumer marketing.
Finger-tippinesses with data: You just go get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth. You have experience running rigorous multivariate testing and experimentation.
Top-notch at market research: You’re a truth-seeking missile. You know your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and you integrate this information into your growth strategies.
Master storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium.
A “builder” personality: You’re biased toward action, a great collaborator and master disambiguator/simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
Scary-good at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy. You shine at copywriting.
Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.

About the Team
You’ll work as a key player on our product and marketing teams and work closely with the extended airports leadership team, including business development, operations, policy, legal, and many others.
