What You’ll Do
Administer the Uber Legal’s Billing Platforms (Legal Tracker & Brightflag)
Matter setups & management
Respond to complex billing questions
Create and setup reports
Internal & external support
Vendor service (Payment Questions, Tracker Support)
Act as liaison with Uber Accounts Payable and other team members as appropriate
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 8 years in Legal Billing or other relevant experience requiring project management, time management and attention to detail preferred
Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker or other eBilling systems is a strong plus
Advanced technical abilities (including Excel and MS Office Suite, Google Apps) preferred
Be a good communicator. You know how to communicate clearly in writing and in speech.
Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away on, and solving problems.
Leads by example. You recognize what it means to be the “face of the department” and the importance of setting a high standard.
A utility player. You're willing to help out wherever needed.
Obsessive about the details. The Devil's in them, after all.
Self-Motivated. You have hustle, superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don’t get easily overwhelmed.
