Where we work
We believe in the value that in-person collaboration and community builds, but providing flexible ways of working is just as important. We let go-getters decide what works best for them and their teams, so you can work from wherever one week and come into the office the next.
- 50% office time
Employees target spending 50% of their time in the office. This can be 3 days one week and 2 days the next week, or 5 days one week and 0 days the next week, depending on what works best for them and their team.
- More location flexibility
Employees have more flexibility on their preferred office location, choosing from a list of dedicated team hubs.
- Fully remote options
We know certain jobs can be successful without being in an office, and employees can apply to be fully remote if you think that’s best for you.
