Companies that sign up for a new Uber for Business corporate account ("Corporate Account") between 12:00 AM on July 29, 2025, and 11:59 PM on October 27, 2025 ("Offer Eligibility End Date") and meet the qualification criteria below are eligible to receive Uber for Business credits on qualifying spend in the Coordinator Dashboard. Uber for Business credits can be used on rides, meals, or Uber Central programs or products. This offer applies only to new accounts, which must be created through Uber's self-service platform.

Qualification

To qualify for this promotion, your organization must:

  • Complete the self-service sign-up process on the Uber website to create a new Uber for Business corporate account in Brazil.
  • Have an up-to-date corporate account.
  • Receive an eligibility message in your Corporate Account dashboard before the offer eligibility end date.
  • Spend at least R$200 (not counting incidentals) in user charges for rides, meals (Uber Eats for Business), or Uber Central on a central credit card within 90 (ninety) days from the date of creation of the Business Account ("Eligibility Period").
  • Comply with the applicable Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions that the company accepted when creating the Business Account. Capitalized, undefined terms used in these terms have the meaning given to them in the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions.

Rewards

  • Whenever your organization spends R$200 (not counting extras) on eligible products during the Eligibility Period, your Business Account will receive R$20 in Uber for Business credits in your coordinator dashboard.
  • The maximum amount of Uber for Business credits that can be earned during the Eligibility Period is R$100. For example, if the business spends R$200 more than five (5) times during the Eligibility Period, the Business Account will not receive more than R$100 in credits.
  • Uber for Business credits will appear in the "Payments" section of the coordinator's dashboard within 10 (ten) business days after each eligible spend of R$200.
  • Rewards will only be provided if the Corporate Account is in good standing during the Eligibility Period.

Additional terms

  • Eligible expenses: Expenses for travel, vouchers, gift cards, health programs, or additional amounts are not eligible. Only expenses with a central credit card in the Travel, Dining, or Central programs are eligible. Expenses outside these parameters, such as exceeding the spending limits charged to an individual Authorized User's payment method, are not eligible. Expenses for canceled trips or refunded amounts are not eligible.
  • Credit Usage: Uber for Business credits can only be used on eligible ride, meal, or Uber Central programs associated with the Business Account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. Expiration: Uber for Business credits earned through this offer do not expire as long as the Business Account remains in good standing. However, Uber reserves the right to revoke any unused credits if fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms or the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions is suspected. If the Business Account is closed, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
  • No Cash Value: Uber for Business credits have no intrinsic value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and serve solely as an incentive to use Uber services. Uber for Business credits cannot be purchased for cash, and we or our affiliates do not sell them. No portion of qualifying spend for Uber for Business credits constitutes consideration for those credits. Uber for Business credits cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • Refunds: Refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, or any claim that reduces the amount due will be subtracted from your company's progress toward each R$200 limit.
  • Account and Coordinator Dashboard Limitations: Organizations may only receive Uber for Business credits for eligible spend associated with one (1) company account and one (1) coordinator dashboard. Uber reserves the right to combine or cancel multiple Company Accounts or dashboards for a single company.
  • Location and availability: Uber for Business credits can only be redeemed for eligible spend in Brazil and cannot be used in locations where eligible Uber services are unavailable. Offer not available to government or quasi-government entities, or entities owned, controlled, or created by a government entity.
  • Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or cancel Uber for Business credits if it suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions. If your business account or dashboard is terminated or canceled, all spending on that account will not count toward the spending requirements and any earned credits will be forfeited. Uber is not responsible for unauthorized use of Uber for Business credits.
  • Modification or Termination of Offer: Uber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting of the updated terms. Uber may extend, shorten, or change the Offer Eligibility End Date. Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
