Provide a great service
To qualify for Uber Pro rewards, keep your star ratings high, cancellation rate low, and acceptance rate high—all parts of maintaining high-quality service for your riders. Note that you are still free to reject trips without negative consequences.
Earn points
You’ll earn one point for every trip you take. And you can get bonus points when you drive during peak hours. The more you drive, the more points you’ll earn.
Reach higher status
Along with the high-quality service you provide, your status is based on points earned over a 3-month period. The higher your status, the more rewards you get. Requirements may vary by city; go to the Driver app for details.
