  • You must have a Qantas Frequent Flyer account. If you’re not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can join for free here. When you’re ready to start earning, you can link your account in the Uber or Uber Eats app. To do this:

    Uber app:

    1. Tap ‘Account’ in the bottom right corner of the Uber app
    2. Select ‘Settings’
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose ‘Partner Rewards’
    4. Tap ‘Qantas Frequent Flyer’
    5. Tap ‘Link Accounts’ on the next screen and login to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to successfully link accounts

    Uber Eats app:

    1. Tap ‘Account’ in the bottom right corner of the Uber app
    2. Scroll towards the bottom of the page and choose 'Qantas Frequent Flyer'
    3. Tap ‘Link Accounts’ on the next screen and login to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to successfully link accounts
  • You’ll be able to check whether your Uber and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts are linked from either the Uber app or the Qantas app.

    From the Uber app, choose Account, then Settings. Scroll down to Rewards. Once your accounts are linked, you’ll see “Accounts linked” under the Qantas Frequent Flyer section.

    From the Qantas app, tab Book, then click on the ‘Earn points with our partners’ card. Under the Travel tab, Uber will appear as Linked if your accounts are successfully linked.

  • Once you’ve linked your account, you just need to make a qualifying transaction according to the Qantas Program Terms, at the bottom of this page, such as eligible Uber rides and eligible Uber Eats restaurant delivery orders over $20 in Australia.

  • You will only need to link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with Uber once. When you link through either the Uber Eats or Uber app, you’ll be ready to start earning across both Uber and Uber Eats.

  • No, not all rides are eligible to earn. You can only earn Qantas Points on Uber rides taken to or from eligible airports.

  • No, not all rides or orders are eligible to earn points. As an Uber One member you can earn Qantas Points on:

    • Uber Comfort, Comfort Electric, Black rides completed within in Australia
    • Eligible Uber Eats restaurant delivery orders over $20 (excludes Pickup and Bring Your Own Courier orders and orders from merchants in the Grocery, Alcohol and Retail categories; earn and order eligibility is calculated on total $ spend after applicable fees and discounts, excluding tips)

    As a non-Uber One member you can earn on:

    • Uber trips to/from eligible airports
    • Uber Reserve trips to/from eligible airports
  • Qantas Points can only be earned on split fares where the eligible ride has been completed and any riders splitting the cost have already linked their Uber and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts.

    If a member has not linked their Uber and Frequent Flyer accounts before completing the trip, that member won’t earn Qantas Points on the cost.

    Qantas Points cannot be split between 2 or more members taking the same eligible ride if only one member pays for the ride. The member who has requested and paid for the ride will earn the points.

  • Qantas Points may be credited to your account within 24 hours after the trip or order is completed and paid for in full, but please allow a maximum of 6 weeks for this to occur.

  • If your Uber and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts are linked and your points aren't appearing on your Qantas Points statement after you took an eligible Uber ride or eligible Uber Eats restaurant order, please head to the Help section of the Uber app and we’ll be able to assist you.

  • Qantas Points cannot be used to book Uber rides or Uber Eats orders in the Uber or Qantas apps. However, Uber gift cards may be available to purchase on the Qantas Marketplace using Qantas Points.

Terms and Conditions

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn Qantas Points on eligible Uber transactions by linking their Qantas Frequent Flyer and Uber accounts by choosing Account > Settings > Rewards via either: (1) qantas.com/uber; (2) the Qantas App; (3) the Uber App; or (4) the Uber Eats App.

All linked Uber users: Accounts must be linked to Earn 1 Qantas Point per $2 on rides to/from eligible airports and 1 Qantas Point per $1 on Reserve rides to/from eligible airports in Australia. Eligible airports include: Adelaide, Avalon, Ballina/Byron Bay, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Devonport, Emerald/Central Highlands, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston, Mackay, Melbourne, Mildura, Newcastle, Perth, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Toowoomba, Townsville and Whitsundays/Proserpine.

New rider bonus: New Uber users who link their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership to their Uber account will earn 1,000 bonus Qantas Points after completing their first Uber trip post linking (limit one per Qantas Frequent Flyer member). Offer does not stack with other new rider offers.

Eligible linked Uber One members: Linked Uber One members will earn: 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on all Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, and Uber Black trips completed within Australia; and 1 Qantas Point per $2 spent on eligible Uber Eats restaurant delivery orders in Australia over $20. All points earned and order eligibility calculated on total $ spend after applicable fees and discounts, excluding tips. Eligibility will be communicated in-app and/or via email communications. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Uber. Points for Uber Eats transactions will not be earned on Pick-up orders, Bring Your Own Courier (BYOC) orders, or orders from merchants in the Grocery, Alcohol or Retail categories. Uber may revoke or vary this offer at any time.

Qantas Points can only be earned on completed rides and orders. Points can only be earned on split fares where an eligible ride has been completed and the paying member has linked their Uber and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts. If a member has not linked their accounts prior to the transaction, they will not earn points. If you are not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, Uber customers can join for free via the Uber app. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program https://www.qantas.com/au/en/frequent-flyer/discover-and-join/terms-and-conditions.html. Terms and Conditions of Entry - Member Days 50 Million Qantas Points Offer

  1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promoter is Uber Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 49 160 299 865) of 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
  3. Entry is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are Uber One members in Australia (provisioned by Uber Sunrise Pty Ltd) with their Qantas Frequent Flyer account successfully linked to their Uber account (as indicated in the member’s Uber Account settings). If you’re not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member then join for free at https://www.qantas.com/au/en/frequent-flyer/discover-and-join/join-now.html/code/UBER. Uber for Business account holders and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. The promotion commences at 12:00AM on 15 May 2026 and ends at 11:59PM on 24 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”). All times indicated are in AEST (Sydney) time.
  5. To enter the promotion, you must complete the following during the Promotional Period: (a) place one (1) Uber Eats restaurant delivery order with a minimum value of $20, which is calculated including fees, after application of any promotions or discounts and excluding tips (“Eligible Order”); and (b) take one (1) premium Uber ride (limited to Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric or Uber Black) (“Eligible Ride”). Orders for pick-up, alcohol, Grocery, Retail, Convenience, via Courier delivery or delivered by a merchant using their own delivery staff as well as cancelled orders or rides are excluded and do not constitute an Eligible Order or Eligible Ride. We will not accept entries outside the Promotional Period.
  6. By completing the steps set out in paragraph 5, you will receive 1 entry into the draw. For every additional Eligible Ride and Eligible Order completed during the Promotional Period, you will receive one (1) additional entry. There is no limit on the number of entries you may receive.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  9. The draw of the promotion will take place at 10:00AM AEST (Sydney) on 26 May 2026 at TPAL at Level 13, 477 Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000. The Promoter will draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
  10. The winner(s) will be notified by email on the day of the draw and their name will be published on https://p.uber.com/Rb9ToA from the date of the draw.
  11. The Promoter’s draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. There will be ten (10) winner(s). The prizes for the competition are: 5,000,000 Qantas Points per winner. The total prize pool is 50,000,000 Qantas Points. The maximum notional value of each prize is AU$271,058 with a total prize pool of AU$2,710,581 based on a sample of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards that could be obtained by redeeming through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (as fully defined in the terms and conditions of the program available at qantas.com/terms). For example, 48,200 Qantas Points could be redeemed for a Flex one way Economy Classic Flight Reward from Sydney to Los Angeles plus AU$233 in applicable taxes, fees and carrier charges, accurate as at 30 March 2026. The dollar fare for an equivalent commercial flight totals AU$2,846 including taxes, fees and carrier charges.
  13. The estimate of the maximum notional value of each prize is provided for information purposes only. The maximum notional value of each prize will vary depending on whether and how it is redeemed by a winner through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. The Promoter and Qantas Airways Limited accept no responsibility for any variation in the maximum notional value of the Prize.
  14. The prize is awarded and must be redeemed, in accordance with and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (Qantas.com/terms), the Qantas Store Terms of Use (Qantas.com/store), voucher terms and conditions (including expiry rules) if relevant, and any other terms and conditions disclosed at the time of redemption.
  15. The redemption of the prize is subject to the availability of rewards that may be obtained through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
  16. Prizes will be delivered to the winner(s) by being credited to the winner's linked Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 21 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner is not required to take any active step to claim their prize. The prize is deemed claimed at the time it is credited to the winner’s linked Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
  17. Use of the prize is subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.
  18. If: (a) for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the prize is unable to be credited to the winner’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account; (b) the winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the date of the draw; and (c) the winner is a resident of the Australian Capital Territory, then a redraw for the prize may take place at the same time and place as the original draw 30 days from the date of the initial draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. If the winner is a resident of any other state or territory, the Promoter will award the prize to the next eligible reserve winner, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner(s), if any, will be notified by email on the day of the unclaimed prize draw and their name will be published on https://p.uber.com/Rb9ToA from the date of the subsequent draw.
  19. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions of any regulatory authority.
  20. By entering the promotion, you consent to us: (a) publishing your name, initials, postcode, and/or any other personal information if you win, as required by relevant laws; and (b) using your Personal Information to administer the promotion, including contacting you about the outcome of the draw and providing the prize if you are a winner. If you wish to access, or for us to correct, your personal information, contact us here. We may disclose your Personal Information to our related bodies corporate, Qantas Airways Limited and our service providers for the purposes described above. We will use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes described above, you must not enter the promotion and must notify us that you would not like to participate in the promotion. Please see our Privacy Notice for more information about our privacy practices, including: (a) how you may access, correct or delete your Personal Information; and (b) how you may make, and how we will handle, a privacy complaint.
  21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the state the draw is conducted (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) taking/use of a prize.
  24. Any part of these Terms that is illegal, void or unenforceable may be severed, and the remainder will continue in force. Unless otherwise stated, the plural includes the singular and vice-versa. The promotion and any issues relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The Promoter will determine how any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be handled. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Member Days 3,000 bonus Qantas Points for the first 50k Members on Rides + Eats Terms and Conditions

Promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEDT on 15 May 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 24 May 2026, or when the 50,000 reward limit is reached, whichever occurs first. This offer is available to the first 50,000 Uber One members in Australia who have successfully linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer account to their Uber account. To qualify for the 3,000 bonus Qantas Points, eligible members must complete both an Uber Eats restaurant delivery order with a minimum value of $20 (excluding fees) and one premium Uber ride (limited to Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, or Uber Black) during the Promotion Period. This offer is limited to one reward of 3,000 Qantas Points per eligible member. Not valid for Uber for Business profiles or for Courier deliveries, alcohol and Grocery, Retail and Convenience orders. Cancelled orders or rides will not qualify for entry. Bonus Qantas Points may take up to 21 days after the end of the Promotion Period to be credited.
