Don’t forget you can now ride with Uber without using the app. Simply call 13-UBER to book a trip on demand or prebook up to 90 days in advance.
Reserve
Tap the Reserve icon in your updated Uber app. Reserve at least 30 minutes in advance.
Receive confirmation
Reference your reservation details in the app as your trip nears. Cancel at no charge up to one hour in advance.³
Ride
Meet your driver outside within the wait time included in your reservation. Enjoy the ride.
¹ When you request a Reserve trip, the trip price you see will be an estimate that includes a variable reservation fee. The exact amount of the reservation fee may vary depending on the location of the pickup address, and/or the day and time of your trip (up to a maximum of $19.99). This fee is paid by riders for their driver's additional wait time and time/distance spent travelling to the pickup location.

³ Cancellation fees for Reserve are higher than with on-demand. You can cancel at no charge up to 60 minutes before your Reservation pick-up time. If you cancel less than 60 minutes before your Reservation, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee amounts can be found in your Uber app. Simply go to the "Reserve" tile on your home page and tap the "Terms & Cancel Info" link for your Reservation.
