How to get picked up at HND Airport

Where to meet your driver at HND Airport

For pickups at International Passenger Terminal, exit baggage claim and head straight. Go down the escalator past the informarion counter and follow the sign for "Taxis" to the pickup point on level 1.

For pickups at Domestic terminal 1, exit baggage claim and head straight towards the Taxi Stand. The designated pickup points on level 1 are at "Reserved Taxi No. 0" or "Reserved Taxi No. 19".

For pickups at Domestic terminal 2, exit baggage claim and head straight towards the Taxi Stand. The designated pickup point on level 1 is at "Reserved Taxi No. 1".

Pick up a local SIM card

You can purchase a pre-paid SIM card at the Arrival Lobby on Level 2 of the International Passenger Terminal.

Prepaid SIM Cards are not available for sale at Domestic Passenger Terminals 1 and 2.

Prepaid SIM cards available in Japan for non-Japanese residents are strictly for data communication only. Under Japanese law, non-Japanese residents are unable to purchase SIM cards that allow voice calls.
