Ok so last night lifted my mood a little... I only went out because I seriously didn't want to be around the house, so my friend invited me to this guys house.. I've been there before and it's never really been that great, but I chucked on this new top I got and tight black leggings and headed out around 8. My friend Chloe' was there before me and she was already gone so she was just giving me all these free drinks which was funny, I mean it was nice.. but unexpected! and funny ^_^
Just the general small talk conversations until the music started... bit of techno was ok, then my friend meegan and I wanted to go to this other guys house so our friend Rhys with a slick car drove us there. SO MUCH FUN! I just jump in and i'm like, UM TUNES PLEASE! and we wound down the windows and for a moment there I just like closed my eyes and took it all in, like, a moment of nirvana, where everything is ok... I am totally looking too much into a trip in a car, but I think you had to be there in the back seat with us, then you'd know what I mean.
WELL it's pretty much set in stone, I am going to New York in 2009, my Aunty is going to do a little "networking.." and see if she can get me a job somewhere. Never underestimate the power of my family, seriously.
I need to make friends in New York.
