@ Stewart. They have other studios too, but all 70ties looking. What I think is good is that lots of their equipment is old stuff with that sound and that feeling, like microphones, keyboards and all. So if one is looking for the sound of that age, that's the place.
That's a really cool looking studio, but too septic for me to be able to be creative in there. I would be able to write sellable, clinical songs in there, but nothing with any soul. (Like Lenny Kravitz 5 - all style, ,no substance). - I would rather record on an 8-track in my dad's garden shed, but that's just me!
i can forgive it the bad vocorded high pitch voice over and the phone call middle eight because its got hand claps in it. very catchy indeed. i love the tempo, made me want to get up and dance heh heh. i was definitely tapping my foot there. that was more eighties than the eighties itself. nice touch to leave the double hand clap out at the end of every 4th bar, audience participation in this department is thus guaranteed :D nice studio too.
