The rest of the DJ pictures plus a rant about my bullshit job.

I am just sitting here drinking my wine, while my mom and my stepdad and his sister (so annoyingly picky and boring it's driving me crazy) they're all eating dinner and it may be rude to sit here with my laptop at the dinner table but after the day I had I don't even care, like my mom wants me to be kind and sit with her and stuff.. well here I am.

inhabiting a dream
Equivoque, 06.25.2008
Today was a busy day like any other day of my life. I did, however, have proof sheets and negatives to pick up from the lab after I took my kids out for dinner... a little something to which I could look forward. While I realize, upon inspection of the images, that the photos from my Hasselblad look better technically speaking, it was the photographs from my Diana camera that really spoke to me.

When Le called me today at 10 a.m., I was still fast asleep, but in my defense, I had only been asleep for four hours. He told me that an exiled Tibetan monk was going to give a Dharma talk at Blue Star in an hour, and he thought it would be a good addition to the "Non-Western in the West" photo story. I heartily agreed.
