Yesterday was a long day. Becci and I got an early start so we could get a little shopping done on Oxford street, before heading out to Trafalgar Square for the Stop the War Coalition's protest. I went, camera in hand, obviously.

These were the first real "protesters" at the scene. Boy were they ever loud!
Once the crowd had assembled the speakers started the rally from the foot of Nelson's Column.
George Galloway was, as ever, very entertaining!
Then the crowd moved along Whitehall and was eventually allowed to stop outside the Parliament buildings. Quite amazing actually, since a few days ago the police were saying the march wouldn't be allowed to happen at all.
