Featured Projects
Currently my investigation focuses around creating multi media installations and mixed media individual pieces.  I see these installations like natural, entropic growths, like the growth of tropical forest or dense graffiti in abandoned lots, impossible to contain, beautiful and grotesque at the same time.  I am juxtaposing culture and nature, utopia and dystopia.  Two years ago my partner and I built a studio home in Ghana, and this experience expanded my personal definition of paradise, and the photographs and video projects that I have created in Ghana have become central in my recent installations.  Now my focus is back on Los Angeles, and my plan for the future is to continue to create multi media installations and individual pieces where elements of nature and culture, urban growth and decay, history and art history, all clash, meet and dance.
