HELLO FELLOW CANADIAN FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!! what's up?! love your photos. And Once is one of my favourite movies as well :) thanks for the friend request ! xx cheers love!
YO! So I'm featured. Pretty, pretty... pretty cool.
Uh, so saturday night I spent about 4 and half hours watching my Planet Earth DVDs. They're pretty incredible.
I had a four day weekend. That was also pretty incredible. Except that I've got 3 essays due within the next week and a half. This is stinky.
I've been pretty much spending all my money on food. I'm pretty much broke. But good news is I've been busy at work, and I'm pretty much working all day, everyday March Break.
Which will be marvelous.
All I've been thinking about is summer. Nothing beats summer vacation. I can't wait. It's painful, this horrible horrible HORRIBLE weather.UGH.
I went to Urban Outfitters on friday and saw this hat.
Once I stop eating everything I law my eyes on because of this depressing state of my environment, I will buy this hat. This summer is gonna be the greatest. I can smell it.
Oh, and here's a picture of my latest art project.
"commercialization of education"
PS- My mum bought me The Aristocats on DVD. And a lava lamp. Cause, you know I'm six years old. But I was pretty much the happiest I've been in a while. To quote Jamie Oliver; "Happy Days."
So in exactly 5 days, it will be the best day of the year. On January 29th I am going to the Mika concert and the Vampire Weekend album comes out. It shall be the grandest day of 2008.
Well, so far at least.
This song, and just Vampire Weekend in general, remind me of my summers in Cape Cod. And it will soon become that time of the year where I start longing for those summers.
Except what stinks is that I've got a biology test on wednesday. And I am currently very close to a failure in that course.
Alright. So apparently the world is gonna blow up in 2012 and I'm fine with that for the following two reasons:
1. They've banned smoking in restaurants and cafes in France. I don't know what they're trying to accomplish but this is most definitely not the solution. How can you have a non-smoking France? So what are they doing now? Standing outside? It's ridiculous. I know it's bad for you, but so is poutine. And nobody is banning poutine in Canada.
Alright bad comparison. But I do hope you get my point.
2. Sigh. Ok, so yesterday I found out that Moleskins are not made of real leather. At the time it was like the HUGEST deal and I could not get over it, but I've sort of simmered down. My Moleskin is my life. I don't why I though it was real leather, I just sort of assumed that since paying 25 bucks for something, that there might be another reason, other than the fact that Picasso had the same one. It doesn't say anywhere that it's leather. I guess it's just that I feel quite stupid, I suppose I'm overreacting. Although Van Gogh would not have settled for pleather.
I'm not usually such a depressing character, it's just that today was the first day back at school. It used to be just miserable. It has now escalated to horrible.
So before I go and EXPOSE my living space, there are a few things you should know about me:
1. I like things. Big things, small things. Pretty things, ugly things. Useless things are usually the most useful. I've probably got too many things. Who cares.
2. I'm a huge Francophile. I have no lack of French memorabilia and such. I don't really feel like counting how many mini Eiffel towers I've got. But I'm sure you'll catch at least a few.
3. Again, I like things. I keep things that most people would have most likely thrown out 9 years again. I'll buy something just so that I can put it next to something I bought for the same reason. And so forth.
Alrighty well here goes...
WOAH is that coniko's blog? what a coincidence!
bird poop
Well that's it I guess. I have more but I'm bored and I'm guessing you've had enough as well.
