To use a custom domain for your Uber pages, you must first purchase a domain through GoDaddy or Network Solutions, or some other domain provider. Or if you already own a domain, you can use that. Please only use this feature if you actually have a domain!
Click on My Pages, and in the Set Up Your Website menu, click on Use Custom Domain name. On the Domain Mapping page, use the IPs provided in step 1 to point all 3 of your URLs to the Uber IPs. The mapping won't work unless you do all 3. You will need to contact your domain provider in order to redirect your domain to URL. Contact your provider to make this change, as they will have to do it for you. Unfortunately, this is not something we can assist with.
After you contact your provider, please wait about 24 hours before attempting to complete step 2. In step 2, enter your custom domain name and click redirect your domain. The process takes a little while to complete on your provider's end. While the change is taking place, your URL will point to Uber.com.
If you are having trouble with your URL redirecting, please wait 24 hours before contacting help@uber.com. And make sure all 3 of the URLs are pointing to the IPs. Many people forget to point media.[yourdomainname] to 69.65.119.247.
I am also having problems. I changed my DNS settings so that they pointed to the uber. Right now they take me to a page doesnt exist site. The DNS stuff is correct (I am using yahoo domains), but when I try to add the domain on the Uber side, I get an error that tells me my domain name is not valid. I am entering in the form: domainname.com
Anyone know what is going on and how to get through this problem?

I have the similar problem as Lilly. However, I have set everything correctly on my domain host. When I type mydomain, it will go the Uber's home page but not my page.
Hey! It seems to be working fine for me...it does take about 24 hours for the change to take effect so perhaps you hit it before it was finished processing. Let me know if you have any other questions.
