Established in 1998, Firecracker is one of LA's longest running club nights.

Resident DJs Alfred Hawkins, Coleman, Kutmah, Praise One, King Wo, Azul and hosts D13 and Diz throw down every first, third and fifth Friday of the month. Featuring a mix of hip-hop, broken beat, brazilian, b-more, soul, house and party classics upstairs, Firecracker also showcases some of LA's best live jazz and soul ensembles downstairs in the jazz lounge.

Past musical guests include Kenny Dope, Madlib, Numark, 9th Wonder, De La Soul's Maseo, Egyptian Lover, DJ Spinna, Tony Touch, C-Minus, J.Rocc, Karriem Riggins, DJ Nuts, House Shoes, Prince Po, Fat Jack, Grand Wizard Theodore, Rob Swift, Bobby Bradford, Aloe Blacc, Arabian Prince, Vinny Golia, Fishbone's Angelo Moore, Peanut Butter Wolf, Jneiro Jarel, Zero dB and DJ Dusk R.I.P.
