Long time no update. Let's see...since I last updated, lots of things have happened. School started, happy times, bad times, made new friends, met up with old friends I haven't seen in ages, lost weight, gained weight, met someone I think I kinda like now, friends have celebrated birthdays and we all had an awesome time, and realized that I am ready to move on from.....stuff. Complicated stuff that I'm not really obligated to care about anymore but I can't say I didn't try to make things work, even if it was just from a friendship angle.
I'm not really in the best of moods right now but Carla told me I don't update my blog anymore so I just decided to write. I'm really sleepy but can't sleep because I'm gonna be leaving the house in a couple of hours to meet up with the GRGS gang for our little beach trip in Zambales. Am hoping the beach and friends will help me snap out of this. It's weird because less than 48 hours ago I was having a blast with other friends of mine.
Man, I love having friends that are mighty awesome.

Orientation at school was held a couple of days ago. At the risk of sounding like a total nerd...I can't wait until school starts! I picked up my textbooks and all and had a a gander and I really am excited to start.
Oh, and here's my first attempt at HDR...I'm terrible, I know. This is the UPOU campus.
A few nights ago, I went to 6underground and took pictures. What's better than live music, friends, photos and free booze? Nothing that I can think of, except a day with Johnny Depp.
And then Fatih and I went for early breakfast in McD's and stayed there until the sun came up - literally. Heaps fun just talking and stuff though.
I don't know what's in the water in Laguna these days but what the fuck is up? First the RCBC robbery where a bunch of Satan's spawn demonstrated zero mercy on ten people, and then some madman with a rifle gunned down people in two houses in Calamba. Most of those killed in the Calamba massacre were kids. And I know people who lost family members in the RCBC ordeal.
Despite everything that has gone on in the last bajillion years the planet has existed, it still makes me wonder how human beings ever got to the point where they think it's okay to snuff out someone else's life for their own sick, demented pleasure. We're supposed to have souls but, clearly, the people responsible for the RCBC and Calamba massacres don't. In probably the same amount of time it takes for a heart to beat once, a teenager lost her dad. A wife lost her husband. A mother lost her son. And so forth. Ten families were torn apart because someone wanted to get rich. Relatives got together for a little celebration without the slightest inkling that some guy will open fire for some sort of reason, one which will NEVER justify what he did.
My heart goes out to the victims and their families of the RCBC and Calamba massacres. It truly does. I hope the murderers are caught and I can only wish the death penalty would be reinstated just for them. Somewhere in between when they were born and the present, they got it into their heads that taking away someone's life was perfectly okay and worth it. They don't even deserve to be called human beings.
Don't like the shots I took of 6cyclemind in Cafe Rallos last week. Pweh. I think it's time to try a new technique in terms of photography and how I go about taking pictures. Meanwhile, I'm still trying to decide whether I should post them or not.
Also, I don't like how I always have to be munching on something when I watch TV but unfortunately I seem to be watching so much of it these days. Was just watching Myx...Rachelle Ann Go's version of "Honestly" sucks. It's boring. Why is she even famous? Her voice really isn't all that impressive.
I wonder what the world will be like if everyone was as brutally honest as Simon Cowell can be. Speaking of...I watched American Idol earlier, and was thoroughly weirded out by David Archuleta singing Chris Brown's "With You" and laughed my ass off when Simon said it was like a "chihuahua trying to be a tiger". Oh, and...GO DAVID COOK! Even though I kinda despised your performance of Switchfoot's "Dare You To Move".
AND! Again, I was watching Myx earlier...and oh em gee the video for The Click Five's "Empty" is luuuuurve. Especially the end bit, when it's all kinda flickery and wobbly but still artsy. I should get into videography. I think it's one of those "I will rip my hair out in frustration but I still enjoy it and love it thoroughly" things; it's how I feel about photography.

As for me....well, not a lot. I'm pretty boring. Tomorrow, I'm going back to UPOU to pay my tuition and then I might go get some film rolls developed and hopefully find an interesting book to read. When I had work, I was fine with not leaving Laguna, but now that I am an unemployed sob, Laguna is as exciting as watching paint dry. And the weather has been total crap lately.
I might not be going to Bora anytime soon...not because of money, not because of the weather and not because I have other things to do. It's a personal reason, albeit a stupid one. I'm laaaaaaaaame. Actually. But some things cannot be helped. And some things are just supposed to be allowed to pass by, like a bad storm.
I passed the entrance exam for UPOU. Very very happy about it, as I thought I would surely fail considering I had less than 24 hours to prepare for it. Hurrah! Am going to the campus today to enroll for the first semester. Here's to studying and being able to move around at the same time! And yay for UP!
Went to Cafe Rallos the other night to watch 6cyclemind, met up with Fatih there and also Denise. Rallos is small but pretty except the naked stone statue of a guy in the bathroom almost gave me a heart attack because I thought it was an actual person at first. Haha. Had to leave before the band's set was finished though. The next day, I watched What Happens In Vegas with Alden and Amby in Galleria. I thought it was funny. And ohmygod Cameron Diaz has the best girly muscles ever!
Gotta scoot now. Blah. Today's gonna be a boring day.

wow thanks! =] but yeah, 15 since past January. well, here the day is coming pretty much the same, rain and water in the house. they are looking for a solution now, but the water falls from some hole in the fireplace, so it's not that easy. what about you?
same as me, it's not gonna be a very special weekend, but at least we get time to rest. today it's been raining a lot, and my basement is all flooding, so that are all my plans haha
