its the second time ive seen them, but was in rough trade east and poured with rain. so wasnt as good as the first which was in a squat, the sound is o different live than on records, which you will soon find.

The last couple of months i've accomplished alot of things! I've finally been to a crystal castles gig! catched up more than ever with friends, amusement parks, sorted new living arrangements and made the dreaded trip spending time with La Famille. And finally i'm going Japan next Summer of '09!!! However now i need a job to make this happen, sigh. Job hunt! Bah..
oh oah and also maybe see Taiwan and Australia too! yay fingers crossed. :'D
i'm going to try and snap some pictures of what i bought from abroad, and hell did i buy alot!! ..i also bought quite alot of foodies for taste memories, needless to say its all crumbs now. sigh.
How amazing was Budapest! My holiday snaps are a disgrace and not an ounce of reflection as to how brilliant my trip was. I met this little fella on my first morning outing, namely Thimithy.

I've secretly had my suitcase out from the start of March in preparation because i'm so stupidly worried i may forget something.. dental floss? oh yes..!!

Looky look! i found this random cute pic and cant take my eyes off it without laughing! Look how glee-ful it is.. anyway there was a reason i kinda put it up, im in a happy productive mood because i've set out to do something that i never thought i'd have the courage to do. I've decided to travel.. i'm taking a gap year from Uni because its a long time due. I've been "That Arty Person" for a solid lifetime..
(dad even bought Kid Pix program((please does anyone remember this! tell me if so, so we can ponder the awesome-ness! Lets! )) for PC's to spur me on the fact i preferred to colour-in than read at the age of 3/4?)
..including lifestyle, then education for a solid 8 years, hence haven't been abroad for 8 years, so its about time!.. So my travels commence next week, 18th March i'm going to Budapest, Hungary!! Excited, nervous, i have never been to Europe in my life? i'm one of them chinese people who go to Hong Kong and thats all that i know of. Even frightening, i'm boarding this flight on my billy lonesome! Really hope i don't get lost.. dogs bollocks if i do. eek.
this is what i wore to the concert, i knew it would get stuffy so i tried to wear something to withstand the gig, also to thrash about in! It was really hilarious when my friend Anisha said she wanted to be able to dance with,
"arms and legs a flaying!"

ha! i just noticed something funny, notice my furry hello kitty slippers in the background towards the floor!! haha
lastnight i did something so wonderful.. i went to see the Kings Of Leon in concert!! my friend Soph who i saw this morning made a bee-line for me, all glazed eyes: "..how amazing was last night?!"
i feel silly to admit this but i when i got home to try the white pumps, they were too... Small. haha! I really got caught up when i bought them in this vintage-y shop because i was admiring them on my feet especially as it cost a few bob £2.75! (considering urban outfitters are selling them for £10) And there was a whole stash of them so i picked up the wrong size. Really really silly of me, now i have to go through the pain staking trek of going into town to exchange them..sigh.
and so, i missed the crystal castles gig.. I'm actually really bummed out. However CCS are playing tomorrow night..hhmm! The events of my day went..
I saw a rainbow from start to finish.. it was quite something so i took a picture! (like you do!) ..I am such a goof. Then i crossed the road to take a better picture... No, NOW I am THE mega goof. People smiled at me and stopped to ask did i capture it well, which made me happy! Especially as i saw other passer-by's following my lead and started taking pictures!! Haha
